I called on July 23rd they don’t tell you up front that they’re 3 months behind. I paid $200 down to get my windows done. They came out two weeks later took the measurements and said they would be out in a week. A week went by we got no phone call and then my wife called and they told us October 23. I called to ask what was going on and they told me there was nothing they can do. So I cancelled and they kept $100 after lying to me about how soon they would come out and service our windows. I hired Wallside windows to install seven new windows last Oct.8th. They finished in record time, I took a quick look and it seemed like they did a decent job? But, the workers did NOT chalk around my entire windows, and now my home is infested with YELLOW JACKETS. Yes, they are in the walls hundreds of them. Coming into my home. RecommendedI had new windows put in last year I had a bay window put in . They do great work and the prices we’re more than fair . At that time I believe it was 1/2 off the window and no interest for Five years . Every one was great from the salesman, to the installation. They cleaned up well also . Diane Carroll Westland.
We had our windows replaced July 2020 and very happy with them. We had two quotes for 21 windows and one was $4,000 over Wallside for the same type windows. The install team was well meandered and clean up after. Did have a couple of problems with 3 screens and they took care of it. I would highly recommend them.
Great experience from beginning to end with Wallside Windows! Easy process. Salesperson was not pushy and was extremely helpful in assisting us in choosing the best options for our needs and finances. Affordable pricing. Very efficient- Crew was out and replaced all of our upstairs windows (10 total) in 3 hours. Overall, very happy. Definitely recommend and we will use again!
Anytime a customer is unsatisfied the should try to make things right. I called Wallside and asked why did they place screens in a black casing on white windows? I was told THATS WHAT THEY USE NOW. Not to mention the plastic looks like it came from the dollar store. Someone would come out on the 29th of Aug and measure the windows again, place another order and I should have screens by October. SMH

We just purchased our windows this year. Wallside Windows has been, by far, the most reliable and efficient company we have ever used. We had 19 windows replaced. Wallside sent two crews and they completed our installation within 4 1/2 hours. They were neat, clean, and extremely polite. Our windows are beautiful and are of exceptional quality. The price was amazing - less than 1/2 the price of one of their major competitors with better quality. We are extremely happy!😊
During install they scratched up my brand new window casings, put a nail through the brand new sill never bothering to fix it, and the caulk job was terrible. Sent wallside photos of the mediocre work, and they sent someone out to fix it and he asked me what he wanted him to do not prepared at all to fix what I had asked for and left it the way it was.
Terrible Windows. You have to put in blood, sweat, and tears just to lock them and you can hear EVERYTHING outside or inside the home.
