Do not trust wallside's warranty, we have severe water damage due to poor instalation and lack of proper caulking. Wallside has decided to not honor their warranty. Keep this in mind before you make the same mistake we did by going with wallside.
RecommendedMy daughters and her fiancé bought their first house in Oak Park this past spring . It was beautiful home but on closer inspection I realized all the seals were broken and the glass was fogged . I called Wallside for an estimate, and mentioned that it was their windows in the house . She asked for the address , and said looks like your still under warranty ! We are so happy with our new windows. The install team came, went straight to work and were finished in about two hours. The windows are easy to operate and beautiful. We had a great experience from quote to clean-up.
Nice windows, very nice price. We had 17 windows and two door walls installed. Wallside makes the windows, and contractors install them. The contractors that installed our windows were respectful of the property and did a great job on the installation. Thank you Wallside!
we had windows installed at 2 places. Our home and a cabin up north. Both crews that came were very polite and did and excellent job. Very professional. The windows look awesome and really improved the look of both our house and cabin.

I had windows done about 1.5 years ago ,the crew that put my windows in were terrible,we don’t usually open our windows because my wife had allergies,but went to open them and realized 2 of the stoppers were broke,I’m putting 2 new windows I. the living room and Wallside will not be doing. Them
I called to schedule an appointment to have them look at replacing windows in my home. They called after I scheduled the appointment to refuse to come out. They claim that the neighborhood I live in will not allow Vinyl windows. When in fact, historic commission rules say that only the front of the home can't be altered. Instead of asking me where the windows were located in the home, instead of getting clarification, instead of knowing the rules, they just unilaterally decided that they would not provide me a quote. because... read more

We ordered replacement windows for our home and they were installed today. We are very satisfied with the product and were really impressed by the installation crew. Scott and his team arrived timely and were very polite, considerate, and professional. Job was finished within their initial time estimate and the clean up was very satisfactory.
