Would NOT recommend. Moved into a house with Wallside windows that were not very old. Had to replace half of them due to moisture between the panes. Then had an exterior pane crack. Now an interior pane that was just replaced a year ago, has started cracking, and service can’t get out for a few weeks. Told to just cover it with tape. Do yourself a favor and go with higher quality windows, or else you’ll have their service out every 6 months.

I'm having a job currently being done at this very moment...but I just wanted to pass along to you all that I should NOT have to ask YOUR employees to not smoke a cigarette while putting a window in my home with both windows out and the door open with smoke getting in my house while there are children in my home, especially when one is severely immunocompromised. I know this is hard to believe but WOMEN can actually make choices and pay for home repairs themselves!!!!! Was going to get a quote done and after telling your rep 5 times when I WOULD be home to come- I got the same response of “okay, how about your husband when will he be there?” So since you need the “man” of the house in on these decisions let’s wait for him together😊😊😊 ***Looking for recommendations for a non sexist company to quote MY roof - 😊
Absolutely HORRIBLE! I had only one window replaced and the process could not have gone worse. To start off, the installer came out and did not do a SINGLE PART of the install correctly on my bathroom window. He left a sloppy calk bead around the entire frame, there were gaps in the molding, sloppy trim job, he used nails that looked like they belong on aluminum siding instead of finishing nails and did not cover a single one up with calk. Our old windows were worn out and overdue for replacement. My only regret is waiting so long to call Wallside for a quote. The new windows are keeping the house warmer and quieter which is important since we are working and learning online these days! The installation crew was efficient and left the place clean and ready for us to return to normal. Thanks Wallside!
