Very good windows your installer work fast installing my windows.
wallside Windows used to be great, but recently their windows have greatly fallen off. they dont seal, the plastic is super cheap, the locks pop out when you open them, they condensate worse than 20 year old contractor grade cheapies and the worst part is how miserable their customer serice is! You would be better off with the cheapest grade of Anderson over these every day of the week.
Wallside Windows provided excellent service replacing a window for me. They were very courteous, on time and got the job done quickly. They were able to match my outside trim perfectly. Cleaned up after install. Highly recommend them if you need windows!
The windows are a nice design concept, but we noticed several quality defects after installation. 7 of the 21 windows had noticeable imperfections in the glass panes (e.g. scratches). There was also broken hardware on one of the windows, which was discovered when the window became dislodged from the frame. The installation crew did a great job, but there were some areas where they didn't clean up any of the sawdust or vinyl. I had Wallside install windows in my old house and they did a great job. I bragged about them for years! We just had 17 installed and a doorwall. One guy on the crew did quite a bit of damage and it has been a nighmare trying to get someone to communicate with us. The clean up was terrible! Debris, screws, nails, insulation and tiny bits of aluminum allover, he threw windows on our new patio awning and caused $2500 worth of damage, scratches and caulking on my wood floor I had to scrap up, freshly painted walls gouged, a bro... read more
