My consumers bill has doubled since installing Wallside. They’re drafty and cold. My original wood windows from 1950 with storms were warm just difficult and covered in paint. I’m really regretting my decision to replace my wood windows. Quality no longer exists.
Very upset with this company. Got new windows installed BACKWARDS about 4 or 5 months ago. The staff didn't even want to work with the leader that day. Found out all of them don't even work there anymore. And the molding that they replaced, (WASN'T ASKED TO), is too large for the windows or walls itself. Too large to even leave a gap in between to be stained. WILL NEVER deal with this company again. And STILL haven't gotten this matter resolved to this day. This is the inside of my 2 year old windows. I have windows in my home from 1974 that don’t look like that. I called shortly after they were installed and said they didn’t seem right and had lots of condensation on the inside of my home. I was told they were SUPPOSED to be like that. UPDATE: Wallside sent someone out within a week. They looked at the windows and determined that they were never caulked properly when they were installed so we had significant gaps.
