Yet another issue with my WINDOWS. This is getting old. My Saturday’s are valuable, and now I have to waste yet another Saturday, sitting around waiting on Wall side to come out and fix one of their CRAP windows. This time it’s a doorwall wall. I’ve got better things to do! It’s fogged and leaking water between the panes. What a PAIN!!!😡
This is one fantastic company!!! We'll never go anywhere else. Everyone was great, from the 1st person we talked to, to the installers, who really do clean up after installing! Wonderful product!! Have received many compliments on the windows and the quality.
The garden windows needs a major design improvement. The routine advice of "caulk the window" doesn't do anything to fix a warped window (corners pulling away from weld). The wood was entirely rotten and crumbling on this second replacement due to improper installation. Today's replacement install seemed to be better - no duct tape was used to fill gaps - but after contractor left I noticed a gouge/hole in the bottom of window. They put windows in that the seals did not match and gouged the frame.

I absolutely love my windows, the installers were very helpful with all the questions we had. The only downfall is when they were redoing the framing my wall was damaged but nothing was said. When I called to inform them of this mishap they were apologetic and said someone would be in touch with me to come out and fix the wall, I am still waiting for their call.
