Great big shout out to Gail Klenczar and the guys at Wallside windows for making my window installation an absolute breeze!! They look great and they open too!!! Lol! Seriously, Gail got things rolling and Ken and his crew installed in under 4 hours with no mess!! I highly recommend this group as I haven’t stopped grinning yet!!! Thank you everyone!!!
I am not sure if this is a good rating - we have had Wallside windows for years - I do like them except for the windows that slide on both sides - to open them you have to be very strong because they stick like no other. We have had Wallside out many times and mentioned this multiple times - they say there is nothing wrong but there is - they were not like that when we bought them. Does anyone else have this problem?

Apparently Wallside is too cheap to hire more installers so they would rather their customers wait months for new windows. I ordered ONE simple window to be made and installed. I paid back in mid June but I won’t get my one window until end of August. Unless they decide to reschedule my installation.
At this point I am not so impressed...for the second time in a month my scheduled appt was cancelled. If I had the extra money I’d swap em all out for Andersons...
BEWARE! We paid thousands of dollars cash and have had nothing but problems! We got 12 windows installed and they've had to come back numerous times. Also, the city inspector failed them! The worst part......our basement window leaks and they wont do anything about it! Told us we had to do alot of THEIR job in order for them to even come back. And the "field supervisor" was very arrogant and kept saying hes doing us a favor coming to look at the window......! A favor?! Apparently it's too much to assume your brand new window... read more
DO NOT BUY!!! Inexpensive = cheaply made product, such a regret purchase. Happy I did splurge on Andersen for my two door-walls. Customer service is awful and rude. Don't count on them showing up for service repairs and if they do, they show up with wrong materials. Poor communication between customer service and technicians. I wasted two days off waiting for these losers!

Company is great! Handled a screen issue I had, by sending out one of the owners! He was prompt and courteous and handled my issue immediately. Highly recommend Wallside!
