I just had my windows installed today. Everything from sales to installation went smoothly. There was good communication before and during the installation. The installation team was friendly and polite. They took care to respect my home and everything in it.
I had an awesome experience Gabe and his crew were outstanding!!! Very friendly,polite, and professional. I am very satisfied so far, they only been gone about half an hour but they cleaned up everything,explained how the locks work, the warranty and again made sure that my home and garage were cleaned up. They even shovled my walk in the back of tge house !!! Thank you
First of all did not like the crew that wall side windows sent to my house.. First thing out of the supervisor mouth this is gonna be a shit job.. they did not put my blinds back up used my shovel to shovel the way the snow & decide to take it with them... and mess they left outside was just uncalled for that I found after the snow melted
windows are drafty so is sliding door they came out and adjusted it now we can hardly open it very disappointed with our windows !!
Had all new windows installed in September. Every single one of them has moisture from cold air seeping through. The service center said we had too much humidity in our house so we bought a gage to measure the humidity, very low. So disappointed nobody will do anything. Supposed to be guaranteed for 35 year.
If the service department returned calls as fast as the salesperson does it would be amazing. Been waiting 3 weeks for a return phone call from service to schedule a repair on brand new windows. Once they get your money, you'll never hear from them again.
