I purchased a whole house of widows in 2012, they beat the price of Hansons by 12,000 dollars, they were beautiful and installed perfectly. Today 6-5-18 they just replaced the front picture window, largest window in the house, because the seal was broken. They honored the 35 year warranty with one phone call from me. I am so impressed with them I wrote this so other homeowners can save money also.
I put in for an estimate....they set up a date and time was told they came to the county my address showed, but not the town WTH. I do live in the County they service.....

Fuck walk side windows and never apply for work here never they some fucking scammers it’s people who been working for over 30 years with nothing at all driving old dated ass cars they over work u and under pay u then when they fire u they deny Yo unemployment give you all these benefits and days off and say it’s cause of poor attendance fuck walk side window u bitchs you
I don't usually leave reviews but, I'm extremely impressed with this company. A few of my windows lost their seal and were cloudy so I called customer service & they were so professional, friendly, & helpful. The guy that came to replace them showed up on time, was also professional & friendly & my new windows look great. The warranty is amazing - I'm shocked at how EASY it was to get windows relplaced, for free! Great job, Wallside in Metro Detroit! I will be recommending you!
I can only write from my experience of getting a quote. We were a little resistant to get a quote from Wallside after hearing about another person's experience. We decided to and actually overall enjoyed our experience. Renee was pleasant and not pushy, like some other companies. We decided not to go with the company due to the quality of the windows and looking at reviews. When I called Renee to let her know she was appreciative of the feedback. We decided to go with wallside windows because we are replacing our windows in stages. And they are the manufacture. So our windows will match as we replace them. The installers are awesome! Professional, hard working and trustworthy! Thank you Wallside for another stage in our project finished!
