I work in the service industry, I know it is illegal for you to do what you did. As a Manager myself I am disgusted with your bahavior. You would have lost your job here. But it is obvious your store is not run correctly. And that you did not put your employees through their ADA training. You should be ashamed, very ashamed. POS I will never again shop at Walgreens they better fire the manager too bad the dog in like the manager in the nuts would have been the best thing to happen to him.
What a shame that a man who went over and fought for this man's freedom gets treated this way. If I was a customer in that store when this happened I would not have paid a dime for your products.. makes me sick to my stomach. Makes me not want to ever shop or do my prescriptions there ever again. This manager needs to be looked into and repremended for his actions.
Your store manager just opened you up to a criminal and civil lawsuit by denying access to a veteran and his service dog. Not to mention violation of your national company's policys.
I think this is very disrespectful to someone who has served our country, so that we can have life, liberty, & freedom. I think the manager should be reprimanded for his actions!

Needs new management. Current management doesn't understand people's rights and breaks the law not allowing people to use service animals.
