Allow service dogs to be with their person without harassment. Showing ID was clearly harassment. The dog is obviously well trained. The patron clearly identified his role. That was a most unfortunate display of insensitivity towards a person with a disability.
As a veteran and as a husband of a blind wife after see how you treat people with service animals my family will NEVER step.foot in a Walgreen store again. Your manger should be dismissed and you should make a public statement . Put since it will only be words as for me and my family we will withhold our money from your corporation
