We do NOT approve of this kind of behavior towards our War Damaged Veterans or any US Veteran or anyone disabled or escorted by a Service Dog!!! if i would have pulled that in the walmart that i used to work at i would have lost my job before the man and dog left the store. this is such poor customer service. the manager needs to be retrained and needs to know the law before he opens his mouth again.
Come on people. Just because the man claimed to be a disabled vet is the only reason you are angry. They are required to show documentation or the dog should be wearing a service jacket. Nothing indicated this was a service dog. The manager didn't raise his voice and wasn't even allowed to complete a sentence. The "disabled vet" wanted to make a scene. So he did.
