Shame on you Walgreens for refusing a veteran and his service dog, until you amend your ill conceived policy in regards on this matter, I'll boycott your store and recommend all my FB friends and family to do the same....
That situation with the veteran and his service dog was grossly mishandled. Yes, his language was offensive, but the manager should know the laws and be able to handle those kinds of questions in a more professional manner. And just because someone doesn't look ill does not mean he isn't. Many of our vets are coming back from Iraq and Afghanistan suffering from PTSD. He is lucky that this did not turn volatile. Walgreens, educate your employees on the law!
Shame on you...that was disgraceful with that veteran's service dog...

I AM ASHAMED OF THE TREATMENT BY THE MANAGER OF YOUR WALGREEN'S OF ONE OF OUR VETERANS. This is a completely unforgivable act in my opinion. I don't live in Texas - I live in Montana - but I am going to withhold my patronage of Walgreen's anyway... it's' deplorable and there is NOTHING I need so badly that I can't get it somewhere else.
After watching how unprofessional that manager was, not only does that upset me, now I will never do any kind of business there ever, that was completely uncalled for. Customer service ? please....Walgreens a crap place.....
How dare and shame on you!!!!!! It shows your lack of RESPECT AND SUPPORT of our VETS and ACTIVE SOLDIERS!!!!!! And to think they SACRIFICE EVERYTHING for POS's LIKE YOU!!! Not only did you disrespect this Vet and his Service Companion you also in not so many words called him a lair!!!! You need to lose your job and then try to find one only to find after this people are discriminating against you for your lack of respect for our Vets!!!!! I'd hate to see how you treat the elderly in that store!!!!!!
