I stand with Walgreens on this one. I dont care who you are, PTSD or not, control your language. The store has a right to secure itself from others being bitten by service dogs. If this guy is SO fragile, leave him at home, and let the wife do the shopping, rather than recording events on the cellphone, and trying to get on every news station in town.
As a Mother of a Marine seeing the way your manager treated a Marine veteran with his service dog makes me disgusted. His attitude was disrespectful, unprofessional and ignorant. Our Marine is owed a public apology not only by Walgreens but by their arrogant manager.

Refusing a disabled vet to come into your store with his service dog is unacceptable. This employee needs to be fired.
I use them quite a bit for my medications, but after a recent video, i am wondering if it is time to change pharmacies. I personally would like to see some action taken from corp. This manager needs termnated, and any others that hold his opinion. How can a store such as Wallgreens be this disgracefulness?
