manager should be demoted to clerk and made to wear a sign that reads I do hot support our troups

shame on you Walgreens. Your people need to be educated. There are many veterans who need their service dog. I would challenge a woman carrying a dog in her purse vs a man with a service dog. Educate your people. This one incident will generate enough bad publicity. I live in TN. You are in TX

As a UK veterans wife I am disgusted by your lack of respect and understanding. You clearly have no idea just how much this dog is needed and how Combat PTSD rules daily living. You think nothing of getting up, dressed and off out the door to work. In the time it takes you do that a veteran with PTSD is probably still processing the first thought. Grow some balls Walgreens and if you can't stand up and support these guys feel to stand in front of them
