Attention uninformed manager at this location...your actions have started a situation that is reprehensible. You need a lesson in customer relations. BOYCOTTING WALGREEN'S NATIONWIDE! You better school your employees on the American's with Disability Act. You crossed the line with your employee's disrespect for our Veterans and disrespect for service animals. Will never shop at Walgreen's again after seeing how that manager in TX treated a VET. Shame.
Walgreens, why do your managers treat people with disabilities this way?
Y'all need to figure out a way to pull yourselves out of the cesspool. At the very least, I recommend retraining your manager, who appears to be one of the most ignorant and inconsiderate people in the country. There's likely a strong desire for people to want the manager fired, but in all honesty, he needs his mind fixed, not to lose his job. That said, this should be more than a public apology. The manager should volunteer time helping disabled vets, also.
Thats is a coward move! How do you tell an OBVIOUS vet that he cannot have a dog in thier! Shut down your doors NOW!
