Clear violation of federal law, go find a lawyer, sue them and the parent company for all that you can, whatever you settle on, make sure it includes the termination of employment and a public apology. There's no denying access of any service animal, they can go where ever a person goes, period!
Saw a video of the manager at this store demanding that a disabled veteran leave with his service dog. I'm appalled. Ignorance & dishonor belong to this store and to this corporation if it does nothing about this!
This manager should be fired immediately. Shame on him!!will be contacting corporate office
I shop at Walgreens and it was the store manager not the chain itself that made this so bad. I have asked my store and they respect policy of service dogs. There has to be more awareness of service dogs in the community these days. Shame on you as a Manager to react the way you did.

Really! A store manager wasn't trained any better than this? This is crap!! He was awarded this dog because of need. Most consumers will not try to bring a large dog into a store. DO YOU GET IT! THINK BEFORE YOU REACT!!! and don't let your cashier open your mouth for you!! Who is in charge of the store? Grow a pair and stand up for what is right.
well from what I saw on the internet of how they treated a war veteran I would never shop there and I would tell other people to do the same he served our country defending our freedom and this is how he is treated with the service dog how rude it is for walgreens to have this such service. What is wrong with this world I am ashamed that they would do this.

Who calls out a customer over the P.A.? That's not only rude it's extremely unprofessional. Oh and way to disrespect a true hero. How dare you treat a Vet. That way. Also Why does it matter if it's a service dog or not? I'm sick of these women carrying around these little dogs everywhere they go like there some kind of accessory and no one says a word to them. Some brings in a big dog and all hell breaks loose. Either your a dog friendly store or your not. Either way you can't deny a service dog. What an asshole.
