Walgreens, you should be ashamed!
You better do something about that incident at your store in Texas. That is unacceptable and truly ridiculous. Reteach your policies and tell your managers to get their acts together because they are going to cost Walgreens business, big time.
Walgreens I am contacting you on Monday and yes you will hear my "really angry" voice. I will also withhold all business from you, until you train your staff, apologize to this veteran and others who you have discriminated against. I'm from West Virginia and as of now I, and many of my family and friends will not be shopping in Walgreens again. They have treated our disabled veteran with complete disrespect and disregard. They don't deserve even one star!

When a customer enters your store with a Service Dog, be polite and go to the customer to ask for proof of service instead of shouting across the store. You acted very unprofessional for a manager and I have shared what happened with several friends who do not plan on going back to your store.
How can you possibly keep a manager that did this to a veteran and his dog - this hurts the Walgreen name not just in your store but all over. I hope he is fired for this and it needs to be public.
That gentleman you shamed for having his dog with him, fought for YOUR FREEDOM, as well as he did mine. I will say a special prayer for you and for the man you was ugly too.. I will no longer be doing buisness with your company from this point on, and I hope the man who was ugly from the start gets the proper punishment he deserves..
Manager needs new job service animals are for a reason Walgreens sucks will not be shopping at any till you fix the problem what next wheelchairs and canes less then one
