I will never shop at Walgrerns again unless I hear that the Manager is fired at the Mesquite store who kicked a Veteran with PTSD and his service dog out of the store.
Not impressed to see that a manager would not allow a service animal for a Veteran. Shameful. I hope this person was educated-and then replaced.
I just viewed the video of the manager, cursing out a veteran for having his service dog in the store. What is wrong with you? I hope you get your transfer to a store where you can get some sensititivy training.
I am sickened by the treatment a veteran received at your Mesquite, TX store when he entered the store with his service dog. Not only was he told to leave his service dog outside, but the manner in which he was told was totally unprofessional. The treatment of our veteran was shameful. What is wrong with your training programs. I won't shop at another Walgreens. It was also clear that your manager was other than American...and an idiot.
I Too have a service dog. Not everyone notices that the harness states, " Guide dog for the Blind ". A little history for your readers. Prior to Texas passing the "law on service animals", laws were already in place in Texas for the "disable person". Hundreds of hours were put into making these laws. Due to your poor treatment of veteran and lack of knowledge about ADA act. CVS will be my new drugstore . Your manager needs to brush up on law and manners!!!
