Perhaps he isn't required to produce a document, but he doesn't have to be such a jackass about it. Is this what he acquired in the military? an attitude of vulgarity and "you owe me"?
I do make it to Mesquite, Texas on occasion. I use Walgreens wherever I go as a dependable drugstore. I will not be a customer in the Walgreens at 401 N. Galloway Ave. Mesquite, Tx 75149 for anything in the future. The managements treatment of a military veteran and his service dog is deplorable and unacceptable on several levels. Normally I would give you a 4 star but not after the incident with the serviceman and his legal service dog. Now you get one star because I 'must' give you one. Sounds like HR needs to retrain all your managers as to the LAW.

How dare you treat Veteran and his service dog be treated like this. You and everyone else involved are total wastes of human flesh and need to be fired! It's bad enough that we have to put up with shoddy service at the VA Hospital here in Detroit. I will be showing this at my next VA appointment on Tuesday and we'll see how fast millions of Veterans avoid Walgreens. Especially since this incident has gone viral.
