I just removed my prescription to Walgreens, and will not step foot in the store again until the manager issues a personal apology to that serviceman.
your disrespectful attitude will have a domino affect for all stores, Walgreen's Corporate needs to bring you to task, and quickly
I think that the manager of the store was very professional. I read the posts where people who were shopping in there were afraid of the Veteran because he came in and started cursing and yelling. He wasn't denied service for his dog, but for his abusive behavior. Children were afraid. I am a Veteran with PTSD, I must have missed the part about me being special and having the right to shout racial slurs to people and being able to yell curse words around children to scare them.
Very unhappy that you kicked a service dog and owner out of your store!!! May not shop again at your store!
You should be ashamed of yourselves. Won't be spending anymore of my money with your establishment for your lack of support for the troops and the disabled.
You are wrong, Walgreen's manager. It is actually discrimination to refuse service to anyone with a service dog and you are in violation of Federal Law. I live in NJ and will no longer be shopping at Walgreen's here until you are fired. I am also sharing the video and story. I will also be contacting corporate. I hope the Veteran files a law suit against YOU as well as Walgreens. SHAME ON YOU!!
Your employee just cost you millions on this messed up treatment of the service Vet and his Service Dog. I am from Naples FL and guess what I'll now take my business to CVS across the street. Hope he sues you good...
They refuse service dogs never shopping at Walgreens again.
If this is how your Texas branch treats disabled veterans then you should be ashamed of yourselves! Your managers and staff need to undergo severe sensitivity training or fired for how improperly they handled the situation. I used to prefer Walgreens over Walmart or even Target but I won't be using your company anymore due to this one mans experience.
