Your staff lacks compassion and training. The service dog has better training than those so called staff of yours. Correct this now. The video has gone viral and boycott is inevitable.
Coming from a family that has several members in the military and members that have served in the military, I am appalled at how this soldier was treated. We shop at Walgreens often and from this point on, we will no longer shop there. Very sad to see this happen to those men and women, who served our country, treated so poorly.
And to think, he almost died fighting for you to be able to "reserve the right" to NOT serve him. How shameful!
The treatment that Cris the veteran and his service dog Ben is unacceptable .I and my family will NO LONGER shop at any of your stores .Your manager needs be shipped to Iraq for a additude adjustment tour . We also demand a public apology from Walgreens for all of the past and present military. Semper Fi !!!!!!
I find the Happy Summer banner across the top of this page with a picture of a dog getting a sponge bath quite ironic.
I think I'd rather think of peoples situations first. Walgreens needs to assess their Management at their stores. We WILL NOT go to Walgreens until they apologize for this disprepectful treatment of this Veteran and his service dog..period!!
