To attack a service man in the manner in which you did is inexcusable. These men and women fight for this country so that you have the freedoms you have. And apparently you have chosen to use them to be a jerk. I did come to Walgreen on occasion but from this point forward I will encourage all my friends to avoid this chain at all cost.
Shame on you for refusing service to a service dog! Service dog are imperative to those disabled and you should be ashamed of yourself for refusing that! Thank goodness a CVS is going up in the town I shop in!
Glad to see your manager didn't back down to this bully. He did what he should to assure the safety of his other patrons. This guy has a support dog, not a service dog it makes a difference. He forgot the dogs vest, no big deal his wife could have run in an gotten him his drink. My brother is a disabled vetran who still has honor this little cursing fit shames servicemen.
Refusing service to a disabled vet is unacceptable and unforgivable. That manager should be fired.
Way to go Walgreens!? Refusing a man with a service dog. This is a teaching moment, educate your staff about service dogs, our soldiers and PTSD. Compassion is good thing.
Never going to walgreens ever again that what's to know how it feels to be a disabled veteran as him go over there and fight for are country what a sick man that guy is.

Shame on your staff for the treatment of a disabled veteran and his service dog! Your employee should be reprimanded at the very least and in my opinion, should be in fear of losing his job! To disrespect someone that has served and protected our country like that is embarrassing. I don't even want to do business with my local WalGreen's in Lawrenceburg, TN because of this!!!
I will no longer visit any Walgreens after the issue with the Veteran and his service dog, I hope all veterans stop shopping your stores also!
