It's a shame I used to like walgreens well not anymore.
I think it's sad a man can take a bullet for his country, yet is not allowed to have his service dog in a Walgreens, that manager and the employee should be terminated at any cost, and should be ashamed that he and his entire blood-line are filled with cowards, I have nothing else to say, this just pisses me off to no end.
Really you too!! Not allowing individuals with service animals into your stores. Its not like they are pets. You really need to educate yourselves and your staff and review you policies and procedures. You who have an employment program for people with disabilities, should know better. I am highly dissapointed.
The treatment that the Veteran got from the staff is beyond the pale. For the record, NO!!!! he is NOT required to show any kind of I.D. Look it up. There is NO excuse for ignorance of the law. He ia under NO legal obligation to show any kind of I.D. that he is disabled or that the dog is a service dog. I would have kicked him out for using such bad language in a public place where kids can hear him. Way to go Walgreens. He was so rude.
Your treatment of our Veterans is disgusting! To deny service to a Vet who had a Service Dog is not only illegal but shows your lack of support for the Military. I'm not in Texas. But your company just lost my business. I moved all my business to CVS.
This is not how you treat vets!!!!
