Can't believe the shabby treatment of one of our servicemen. You obviously need a much better training program for your employees and I know I won't patronize a walgreens again until an apology has been issued and this manager investigated and reprimanded.

I just watched the video of how your "manager" (and I use that term loosely) treated both the veteran with PTSD and his service dog. According to the Americans with Disabilities Act, service dogs are not required to wear any special vest. As a military spouse that sees what PTSD can do to a person, the lack of respect and concern that I watched is alarming and his laughing at this veteran is completely unacceptable. This manager has no business managing anyone - knock him down to stocking shelves..at night....when there are ... read more

I'm kinda torn on this one... Without some kind of documentation, anyone can say their dog is a service dog. Before long, Walmart would look like Petsmart. Sure, the manager may be used to seeing a dog assisting a blind person or someone in a wheelchair, but as the guy seems pretty able-bodied, how was the manager supposed to know the dog was a service dog beyond taking every customer's word for it?? These days, ANYONE can get their pet registered as an emotional assist service dog with no proof of need or training and a $65... read more

Walgreens needs to fire these people If it wasn't for our soldiers he may not be it is our service men and women should be proud of the job they have done I FOR ONE STAND BEHIND THE SOLDIER. WALGREENS NEEDS TO STEP UP TO THE PLATE AND SUPPORT OUR TROOPS. I wonder if they were ever in the service.

What a piece of shit the manager and employees are in this store. Because of their total disrespect for this ex soldier my family will never use a walgreens again. And we are pulling out 15+ persciptions and going somewhere else. I might consider an appolige on facebook!

You need to fire that manager and staff that treated one of our veterans in such a poor manner. I put up with your store cards and shady business practices, but disrespecting my nation's heroes goes too far. I will no longer support any Walgreens locations, regardless of whatever action you take handling this situation.

I think this is an isolated case..I see dogs at Walgreens all the time..I know they have "treats for our troops" fund raisers. They are not against veterans my neighbors kid has PTSD from a dog mauling when he was little..he lives in fear of dogs in stores. God Bless America and our troops !
