Shame on you Walgreens manager... you deal with HIPAA information all the time filling RX and yet you 'call out' a disabled Vet publicly and unprofessionally. Do yourself a favor and educate yourself on how to deal with a situation such as this and in the future use compassion and understanding first. I am very disappointed in how this was handled.

I disagree with the way this customer, one of our honored servicemen, was treated. However, this was one store and one employee. I hope this isn't the norm and that Walgreens will make this right with the family.
Shame on you Walgreens. You do not have the right to refuse a person with a service dog! But I have the right not to shop in your store.

Refusing service to a disabled vet and his service dog is against the law!!! Your manager is an idiot!!!!!! The vet or the dog do NOT have to provide identification, and he told you it was his service dog, more than once!!!! You are lucky that all that PTSD disabled vet did was use the "F" word a few times, which is a pretty normal reaction for a vet with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Seriously, you have NO business being a manager!!!!!!
