You have just lost the business of everyone who knows or is related to anyone that has ever served in the military!! It is illegal to turn away a service dog, and I am sure that your district office now plans on educating all Walgreen employees on this law to avoid future incidents. The stupidity of this manager has tarnished the image of all Walgreens. I hope that disciplinary action was taken against this man.
Shame on you as a company for treating a veteran with his service dog so badly. Shame on you.
This Walgreens is very rude towards Service Dogs. I will never shop at any of them ever again.
I am not going to any Walgreens ever I agree with that one lady until there is an apology and we see it I'm with her no more Walgreens for me I wanted apology for that veteran and that dog I don't care if it looks silly that is disrespect right there I'm tired of people disrespecting veterans and their dog!

I consistently see people carrying little, poorly trained dogs into stores, banks, post offices, etc... all the time and nothing is said. So wrong in so many ways!
Will no longer give Walgreens any business. Learn to show a little more respect to service dogs and veterans.
