What a shame the way the manager handled this! I never did like Walgreens anyway - CVS is way better & cheaper prices! Businesses need to be familiar with the ADA Laws! It should be part of every employee handbook & training! This Veteran has PTSD & his service dog is his lifeline! Shame on you Walgreens!
How awful of you to treat a customer that way. Just because you cannot see a disability doesn't mean it is not there. I hope you are losing customers.
I am so disgusted by how a Walgreen's employee treated a disabled veteran . The dog was not causing any disturbance and the employee states that he has the right to refuse service to anyone. How ridiculous. Just because you cannot see a clear disability on someone with a service dog doesn't mean it isn't there. If this guy was blind I guarantee that the employee wouldn't have asked him to leave with the dog. How well does Walgreens train employees on the laws of discrimination, or how to approach a situation without disrepecting customers? The services dog was better behaved and respectable towards the manager, than the manager's ignorants to the veteran. Really, who is the animal here!

Apparently a vet suffering from PTSD isn't welcome in your store, so until you take the proper action to resolve the situation I shall be spending my money at CVS.
