A service dog is a service dog. Are you aware of ADA regulations? I'm ashamed of you, Walgreens. If this is how you treat our soldiers with PTSD that are returning home and just trying to function the best they can, with the aids of service dogs, than you don't deserve the public's business. This man deserves an apology for the store harassing him until he became upset, and you need to familiarize yourself with the rights of your potential customers.
I used to send people to Walgreens, but if this is the way they are going to treat ANYONE with a service animal, I'm done. What you did was break FEDERAL Law, but more than that you harassed a veteran of these United States and should be ashamed of yourselves. Were this "my" store, you would have been fired on the spot.
The manager should be ashamed of himself and hopefully higher ups from Walgreens will hear about the managers actions and fire him. I guess humanity is not something Walgreen's managers are familiar with. Shame on you!!!
You suck..The CEO needs to take a look at the video documented by the wive of a veteran who had a service dog and was kicked out..The puckass manager of that store needs to be FIRED!!!!! I hope you know that this is going viral as it should...

I think an apology should be accepted as long as the manager is made to take the service man and dog for a dinner at the finest restaurant in town!
What is with the NO SERVICE DOGS??? That man fought for Walgreen's manager's freedom. Walgreens has some explaining to do!

Denying someone entry into ANY store when they have a service dog with them is just another blatant act of discrimination - plain and simple. To deny a military veteran for the same reason is disgusting. Walgreen's should be ashamed of itself and MUST issue a public apology to, not only the individual who they embarrassed and treated like dirt, but to everyone who relies on their service dogs on a daily basis. Proper training for ALL employees should be mandatory and this manager needs to be fired for his actions.
