Your staff should be ashamed. That video of your staff's interaction with the veteran and his service dog is pitiful. I will not support Walgreen's, and I will discourage anyone else from supporting you as well.

I will never shop at Walgreens again if that is how your manger treats a disable person with a service dog. That manger violated that mans rights as a disabled person. I hope ghe turns that into corporate head quarters.
I hope that this incident at your Mesquite, Tx. store is an anomaly and you have a higher regard for our veterans and those that require the use of service animals. Please make a correction to either your policies or your management of the above stated store.

I saw the video of what happened in the store. I am disgusted! This manager should be given sensitivity training at a post where there are PTSP service men and women. And be Thanking God that these brave people chose to give all that they have to this Country! Shame on him! And God Bless Our Vets!
Never going to Walgreens again! Service dogs are well trained animals and have no liability to your business! Totally disgusted!
