i am disgusted by the action of this manager. He should loose his job over this!!!!!!
0 Stars for this store and this manager in particular. He should be fired immediately and corporate HR needs to come in educate the remaining employees how to treat anyone with a service dog.
SHAME ON YOU MANAGER.
This MUST STOP! Walgreens upper management needs to get off its' collective rear end and train the managers on how to handle this type of situation. I expect a full apology! I am tired of seeing this over an over again where small minded, over ambitious managers with a napoleon complex try and push their "Authority" on others.

As an American Corporation I would suggest retraining your management and staff as proper handling of service animals. If you place a sign in the entrance that you do not wish to have the business of anyone that uses a service animal. The fact that you don't and your manager says "he" has the right to refuse service to anyone only makes me even more proud to go to CVS Pharmacy for my needs.
