The salesman Bill was courteous, efficient and on point . He listened to what we were looking for and found us a good deal on an awesome Truck , the finance guy was equally helpful, polite and very professional. Altogether a pleasant experience and we would definitely recommend Waldorf Ford to our family and friends.

Had a great experience here. I bought a used Ford Explorer, but spent a few weeks looking at different options. The sales consultants and managers were extremely friendly and helpful (especially since I lugged around a 14 month old). Dominic Delph was our sales consultant through the transaction and paperwork. He was very knowledgeable when we had questions and made the process smooth. I would definitely recommend buying a car from here!

Sales person lied at me, did not process mails and calls and finally told me "the car has been sold to an employee". Well, I know how bad customers are being treated in the USA usually, but this left even me speechless. Complaints at their Management to follow.
Had a trailer controller installed.. truly a great experience......fast and on time!
