We've purchases 5 vehicles from Waldorf Ford over the past 10 years -- still have 3 of them thanks in large part to their exceptional, professional, friendly Service department. A recent issue with my new Mustang (that I thought were two separate and distinct problems) turned out to be caused by one faulty common connector with a couple pins not seated quite right at the factory. Problem identified and expediently fixed! Great job, as we've come to expect.

I am a Waldorf Ford customer from now on. The ford dealership that I purchased my car from told me it would be 2 weeks to have my vehicle serviced ( check engine light came on), and they didn't have a rental car available during that time. I called Waldorf Ford and was reassured my vehicle would be checked and it was fixed the same day. Excellent customer service!
Waldorf Ford has excellent customer service. They repaired my Freestar rear licence bulb housing unit really fast and even reattached my license plate without asking. I would recommend them to all ford lovers!
