My husband went there today to trade in his car. He settled on on car and after filling out the paper decided on a different car. They were awesome! The process was pretty quick. Shanice was his sales consultant and she was great !!!

We told Brian what we thought we wanted. He found it and had it shipped to Waldorf Ford. We went to see it, drove it home and around. Came back and settled on it. Clarence was our sales guy. He knew all the bells and whistles of the vehicle. Great people. Plan to have our vehicle for many years!
I went in just to look at what they had in the lot. It was the most care free experience I have ever had buying a car. I was in and out within 1hour 1/2. James was very professional. I would recommend friend to buy from James.
I absolutely hate that I have to deal with this place to get my car taken care of. We can NEVER get through to the service department and when we do, they don't really seem to care, and isn't that their job? We had our vehicle in a month ago, had to spend over $900 and now we are having an issue with the exact thing they were supposed to have fixed, why cant they just fix something right the first time if I am spending so much money...and can I even reach someone at any point without being put on hold for 30 minutes, yes 30 ... read more
