Had to have major work done on my 2006 Explorer. Received great service and treatment from the assistant service manager, Justin, and the mechanics were very polite and obviously are experts. Justin and the mechanics explained in detail that I could understand (without being insulting) what was wrong with my car, the options, and how much it would cost. I truly appreciate their professional attitude and responsiveness, and being treated like they actually care about my car problem. Now my car runs like new!

Went to waldorf ford to take advantage of the veterans and Black Friday deals and the experience was great!!! This was my second new vehicle I've bought from them. The sales rep Mrs. Ward and the manager Brian were very instrumental in helping me achieve my goals of purchasing a new expedition. They worked with me to meet what was best for my family. I have always dealt with Craig Burgess and actually followed him to Waldorf from Indian Head Ford. Waldorf Ford has done all the maintenance and repairs on my 2004 Explorer and I've never had a problem. Craig thoroughly explains the work that needs to be done and why. The prices are reasonable and the work is always top-notch.
Took my car to Ford service for a sunroof repair, car comes back smelling like an ashtray. Both of my parents passed to lung cancer. Now I'm driving a daily reminder of what caused their death. How your staff can think it's OK to smoke in someone else's property without permission is beyond me. I have left a voice mail, tweeted Ford service and responded to the service email and have yet to be contacted by either source.
