Excellent service on my recent visit. I had scheduled The Works along with asking if they could check out the brake booster issue (CSP - 13N02, 2011 Edge) as well. It was Friday after Thanksgiving, but in spite of being short-staffed they got it all done. As a bonus, Drew called to suggest the spark plugs could be changed out while they had other parts removed, so they did that also - saving me another appointment. Thanks everyone for a job well done!
I really like the folks here. Things didn't go entirely smoothly but once I brought to their attention, they were awesome. The service manager here is such a great guy who listens and takes responsibility for the operation.

I appreciate their service staff as well as their sales staff. They do not just sell you a car but they stay with you afterward. They also are there when you are ready to buy again. The important thing is that Waldorf Ford does not just sell you the car but they become part of your family the entire time you own that vehicle.
