Took my escape in for a safety recall. Thought I would go ahead and get the oil changed while it was there. Love my escape. I’ve never had any problems with it. No oil leaks and ran great. Got a call from them telling me there were numerous concerns I should have them repair 5k worth 😳. I told them not to do any of the work because I knew it was fine when I took it in. Well since I left the dealership there had been a strong oil odor and there is oil on the oil pan. I am taking it to my mechanic to see what they did to it.
RecommendedExcellent customer service. If they don't get it right, they'll keep trying.

They have the worst service. Check your caps if you get an oil change. Make sure you have your tires rotated too!!!
I have recently went into Waldorf Ford to purchase a vehicle it was on a Saturday later in the day. they had came back and said that they were waiting for a call back from them bank they said they would call Sunday around 12 to 1 o,o'clock. waited all day Sunday for a call no call I called there Monday and left a message.
