Job done well polite responsive and on point
Front desk and cashier was approachable. We arrived late but they didn't hesitate to entertain us. They called us upon knowing what will be the fix to be done and how much it will cost, and when the car was already fixed and ready to pick up. The thing I'm thankful for was that about a month ago I was looking for my bracelet and I thought I've lost it but upon picking up the car I was surprised that they found it. And also they fixed other problem with the car besides the issue that you stated to them.
Excellent staff, customer service they explain everything and always accommodating. Would recommend them and I’ve purchased numerous cars from the dealership. My most recent purchase is a problem but nothing to do with the dealership the vehicle has too many issues for a new vehicle. Ford keeps repairing different things that makes no sense should be broke on a new vehicle. Thank goodness the staff keep me sane
I bought a 2019 ford F250 from Waldorf Ford upon my first hand wash I noticed the passenger side mirror was scraped and pulled apart within 14 days of this purchase I went back to have it corrected and nothing was done was told this was my issue not to mention I have pics of the truck before I purchased it and the mirror was damaged
Recently I had my F150 serviced. The dealership was efficient and delivered the services quickly. The vehicle was returned clean.
Waldorf Ford has excellent sales and service. They go above and beyond for customer service. Some people are very quick to complain and make bad comments when they don't get their way, sometimes they are wanting what's not reasonable and nothing will make them happy. But Waldorf Ford goes beyond expectations in trying to make every customer happy. Waldorf Ford has excellent sales, service and customer service and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Went to Waldorf Ford for scheduled service of my F150. Rob checked me in, went over some important details regarding service intervals under my maintenance contract, and got me out of there in under an hour. Outstanding customer service!
