Excellent staff, customer service they explain everything and always accommodating. Would recommend them and I’ve purchased numerous cars from the dealership. My most recent purchase is a problem but nothing to do with the dealership the vehicle has too many issues for a new vehicle. Ford keeps repairing different things that makes no sense should be broke on a new vehicle. Thank goodness the staff keep me sane
While it took a good while to find and fix my problem, it finally was and Drew Garis my service writer was tenacious in all efforts to do so! I am thankful and will always go to Drew in the future! I took my daughter here to replace her car she had been having issues with. She fell in love with a Ford Fiesta. It is a perfect fit for her. This is her first new car and the team here made it an overall great experience for her. From the time we walked in until we left everyone we dealt with was pleasant and helpful when we had questions about something. We never felt pressured into our purchase. I would definitely go back. Took my Ford Focus in last week with a Transmission problem and I have 96000 on my car and they repaired it under warranty! I did not have to pay anything which I thought I would. they took care of me and Craig is a great service manager!
