Dawn and the parts dept. found an OEM trailer brake controller module for my F 150 even though it was on nationwide back order. Service Dept. installed it ahead of schedule. Can't recommend Waldorf Ford enough for purchasing and installing those OEM parts and accessories you want done quickly and correctly the first time.

One of the most disrespectful dealers I’ve EVER been to, the overall worst experiences that I’ve had at a dealer, the salesman was good but they need to fire the Male Financial Manager!!!!!���
I took my truck in for service and they did a fine job. The only problem I encounter was the amount of time it took for someone to answer the phone; I was transferred to the service department (5X), no answer and the calls kept going back to the switchboard
Very good customer service. They performed a repair under warranty and washed my Expedition before giving it back to me. Very nice touch. Thank you for the excellent service.
Stranded motorist and no effort made to look at the car. Sad commentary for this facility. Truely a shame that they have no regard or compassion for people.
