Customer service can be quite slow due there small team. But when they do get back to you amazing service and there remaps are quality what a transformation shout out to Vudu Performance!!
Unfortunately have to change the review back the exhaust i brought it bent out of shape meaning it won't fit. I took it to my mechanic to and the connecting pipe is bent just out of shape and I tried to contact vudu but yet to get a response (sent 20 feb) it is currently the 2 march. Had issues before with them not getting in contact, wish they had phone lines. Unfortunately wouldn't recommended vudu there are other competitors on the market that seem to help 20 times quicker.
Ordered a few things last week and received one of them quickly and the other only recently due to being out of stock. Just a warning if anyone is going to purchase a iflash home tuning tool be aware that whoever does the files is part time so you’ll be in a Que (currently waiting myself) with no guaranteed turnaround . Placed an order with vudu last week, purchased the stage one map package plus a symposer delete. The stage one package has come but the other item has not. I’m awaiting for my file to be sent back and to also hear back about my missing item. Overall I would give this company a 4 star due to the missing item and the lack of communication.
