He had an excellent knowledge of the brand and the car and was able to answer all of my questions (I had a lot of questions!) to ensure I knew everything I needed to about my car. I had a great experience with the sales associate Andrew Tran. I received superb customer service as expected. Andrew was professional yet friendly. He went above and beyond to help me with my purchase process. Also, he was thorough with my needs and match the vehicle accordingly. I felt comfortable to deal with an agent who was upfront about the cost associated with the vehicle.

Working with Andrew on the purchase of my new car was an excellent experience! This is the first time I’ve purchased a Volvo and he was very knowledgeable and helped me find the car that met all my criteria.
