They contacted me via phone and was very nice. When I showed up for my appointment, I was ignored by three salesmen who looked directly at me. After waiting around, we left very unpleased. No one contacted me about my missed appointment. I would not recommend this place. I purchased my vehicle with another dealership who's salesman helped me with everything I needed and was there to help me from the start.
Buyer Beware! Dealership sold car as new but warranty had started 9 months before the purchase date due to some overseas purchase. They never disclosed this information and don't admit they have done anything wrong. Do your homework to ensure your warranty starts when You purchase the car and not some mystery date or just shop at an honest dealer.
I was impressed from the first phone call to all the followup courtesies!! I bought a used Volvo that had been well loved and cared for by their team for years and could not be more pleased!! I've driven Mercedes, Cadillacs, and everything in between. This Volvo is the best driving/riding/gliding vehicle I've ever driven!! The staff at Volvo of Winston-Salem are absolutely the most courteous and conscientious people I've ever had the pleasure to work with!!!
