I returned to Volvo of the Triad for my second Volvo in two months. The number one reason was the outstanding experience I had working with Thomas Wells. The second experience was just as satisfying as the first!
Ben Humphrey was great! He worked with us to find the right option out of an impressive selection. I applaud Volvo of the Triad for employing salespeople with different backgrounds: Ben was a teacher by trade and his approach was that of someone trying to educate me on the product and services rather than simply selling a car. It's not the nearest Volvo dealership I can find (2hr driving) but it's simply the best I can find. Excellent staffs and services. Les and Ben were super helpful in the process of locating the right vehicle that fits nearly all my preferences for me. I am very happy with my new vehicle and the services they have provided so far.
My husband & I used the USAA car buying service to find our Volvo. We live in WV, but the closest approved dealers were Volvo of the Triad, (4 hrs from us), or a dealership in OH, (2 hrs from us). Long story short, Scott Roten at Triad contacted us and provided the best assistance we have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. He walked the lot while talking to me to help me find what we wanted. I was looking to buy a specific Volvo and they had several in stock. I was offered a fair price for my trade-in that was within the estimate KBB and NADA stated my vehicle was worth in it's condition. The salesman Ben Humphrey was a very nice and knowledgeable young man. I knew what I wanted to pay for the vehicle based upon my research and they met my requirements.
