Oh no way, we had terrible experience. Loved the Volvo itself, great car, employees were all very nice. But they couldn't fix the car so it would stay fixed. Lots of problems. Salesman came out when I was bringing back loaner, asked about me looking at a new Volvo. I told him no, if you can't service them, I don't want another one. Duh. Went back to Hondas. They've never left me anywhere.
Purchased a used Toyota Camry from them a few years ago and it was an pleasant experience. The car was in good shape, ran great. They are very professional. We are thinking about purchasing a Volvo in the next 12 months and we will go to Volvo of the Triad. Their inventory it amazing.
Seeing that I've worked for a Volvo dealership before; this is hard to admit.... THIS IS the Best Volvo dealership I've ever been to in my life!! They do everything right; from making you comfortable so you can look and think about what your doing...to the moment you leave the lot. And that is with or without purchasing a vehicle. I recommend this Dealership to everyone.
