William was a great sales person and we are very happy with our new car.
I was sold a wrecked used xc70 without disclosure! After many problems, issues and lies, 3 trips to the service department in the 8 weeks of ownership, I took the vehicle to a different Volvo dealership and traded it, losing thousands of dollars. Trading is used lightly, as I really unloaded this piece of trash and ridded myself of Triad! Buyer BEWARE! Do not trust this dealership!
They shouldnt even get 1 star in my opinion. Horrible dealership. Just trying to make a sale!!! STAY AWAY!!!!
