I cannot say enough about this dealership. Especially today when I was stranded with a sick child. Sweet Ralph came to where I was, helped me load items from my car and sent me off with a loaner. The very vehicle he picked me up in so I wouldn't have to move the carseat and belongings when we got back to the dealership. We went in for A oil change on Saturday ended up getting brakes but we knew we needed them. They gave us a loaner while the repairs were done. So glad we chose this Volvo Shop over Crown Volvo in Greensboro ❤️ We will be back! Todd in the service department was the BEST!
Good value safe vehicle. But get your service elsewhere. Volvo Cars WS service has declined with missed nail in tire and separate uneven tread wear missed over the course of 3 visits until Jiffy Lube identified severe inner tire wear safety issue! Service at Crown Volvo Greensboro is excellent.
Thomas, Mark and James were fantastic. No one I know actually enjoys buying a car because of all the badgering and pressure that typically goes with it. I had none of that here. I drove 5 hours to buy a car from these guys, and I'd do it again in a heartbeat. I will definitely keep them in mind for my next purchase, despite the distance.
