We are so bummed with how this Volvo dealership handled damage that occurred to our car while it was in their care. Our tire was damaged during a service visit and they refused to rectify the situation. We will never use this Volvo dealership to service our car and certainly not buy our next Volvo from them. It is disheartening that they are willing to lose a life long customer over a $200 tire.

My parents were involved in a car wreck and wanted to start shopping for a new car. We found a xc 60 online and went to test drive it. We were met by Solomon and were treated with the up most respect. My mom liked the car but wanted to wait to make a decision with my dad who had been hurt in the accident. Once they made their decision and all the paperwork was signed they delivered the car to my parents without hesitation. My parents would definitely buy from them again.
I really enjoyed the experience of buying my car with this dealership. They were very helpful in getting me in the car I wanted. We are in Charlotte, but the dealership in Winston-Salem was extremely helpful and Charley delivered our car to us and gave us a long lesson on how to use all the features, and there are a lot of them! They will come and service the car when needed and Charley has said we can call him anytime with questions! Very good experience.
Belinda Gillon was the best!! I called her up and told her what we were looking for and that if she could have the 2 that we were interested in ready to look at we would be there. She said no problem! We live 1 1/2 hours away and had not had any luck with our local dealership. We are now the proud owners of a Volvo XC90 and love it.
