Great service. Really worked with me to get me the best deal on a car and trade in. Thoroughly enjoyed working with Melissa Grant, who was extremely responsive to calls and e-mails and texts. Thomas Wells did an excellent job getting me in the system and finding the best deal. The entire staff was great at expediting my purchase knowing that I had to be quick in-and-out the door. I searched up and down the East coast and these folks had the best deal right in my back yard. Highly recommend this dealership.
I had the easiest and most pleasant experience working with Belinda and Melinda~ the dynamic duo. Purchasing from out of state, I had a ton of questions and was hesitant to buy a car sight unseen. Belinda walked me through every square inch of my new car with honesty and humor. Made the whole process easy and fun. LOVE my new V60!!!!!
Excellent service, Surprising used inventory, Family First benefits Unique in this area, Free Oil changes on used cars! Went to see a Jeep and found several SUVs I was interested in. 200 point inspection was helpful also. Belinda was extremely helpful and patient and we reviewed service history on specific cars I was considering: Cadillac, Lexus, Jeep, Chevy, etc. The Volvos were impressive as well.
