I was treated so well. I called to see a non Volvo vehicle that was used. I really didn’t expect the staff to be so supportive of this purchase. When I made the appointment to see the vehicle they said they would have it detailed and ready for my arrival. They provided vehicle history and gave a tour of the service department. All vehicles even used and not Volvo get the free oil changes, washes, and long list of services. I love my car. I had been to MANY dealers that week no one treated me as well.

I found this car on AutoTrader. It is a 2013 XLT 4WD Ford Explorer. My wife and I drove to Winston Salem to Volvo Cars Winston Salem after work on a Friday. When we arrived at the dealership, they had the car ready for a test drive. While test driving the vehicle, we noticed some minor flaws with the vehicle consisting of a damaged volume knob, missing floor mats and the slight odor in the car.
